A: We do not support accounts that have had shared access. All issues with these accounts will have to be resolved between the users involved.
Q: I think I just got scammed or I don't want to get scammed what do I do?
A: When you are trading always make sure that the item you want is in the window when you click the trade button. Some times a scammer will close the window and reopen it and put a lower grade item in. So again make sure that you look at the item again before clicking trade. If this occurs, there is nothing we will do about it. Please make sure that what you are trading for, is in fact, what you wanted.
Q: I've lent my items to my friend and he doesn't want to give it to me back ?
A: Such issues with these Users will have to be resolved between the users involved, We can't detect if he is Trustable or no, you gave it to him with your choice.
Q: When I try to connect with one of my characters, I get disconnected every time.
A: This character has been blocked. If you feel that this was done in error, please Contact us Through our live support system.
Q: I have some bugs ingame how can i fix this?
A: open server.in in NusKO folder and change patch version patch=1410 and download the patches again.
Q: I can't seem to get pass the 10% on the loading screen, what is happening?
A: This issue can occur for several different reasons.
1- could be that the server can be undergoing maintenance. If that is the case please view the forum for any information.
2- Another thing you can do is clear out your temporary internet files and make sure you are clear of any viruses.
3- The last is that that character is blocked from accessing the server.
Q: Where should i Level-up ?
A: You can exp at Darkstone in Eslant, Wouldn't take 10 mins.
Q: Where can i find High class weapons and armors ?
A: There is a NPC near anvil selling all high class weapons , and normal Armors NPC selling Shells.
Q: How can i change my Nation or Class ?
A: You can make a topic in Requests Section on forum, And soon this option will be added to the panel.
Q: Is it possible to change items for other items ?
A: No, we don't help with this , You can trade your items in game
